The Corporate Governance Professional Association (CGPA) continues to hold Director's Online Conferences, a series of which began in April 2020. Topics for discussion are not limited, and with each new event more and more questions are raised. Based on the materials of the First and Second Conferences, which were devoted to the Board's during the crisis, we want to return to those discussions to understand whether our predictions and forecasts worked, whether everything that seemed appropriate at the beginning of quarantine is still relevant or new ideas, a new vision of problem-solving, etc. appeared.
